Of the many mansion tours in Newport we chose The Braker's, a 70 room Italian Renaissance- style palazzo inspired by the 16th century palaces of Genoa and Turin. I almost had a heart attack when I heard, "No photographs inside the mansion!". Dave knew the temptation would be too much for me and took my phone so we wouldn't be asked to leave.
